Whitepaper
How Stoa works, in plain rules.
Launching now
Stoa is a multichain launch engine. Fill in one form, pay once, and your coin goes live on the chains you pick at the same moment.
| Where | pump.fun on Solana and Pons on Robinhood Chain, with the same name, ticker and image |
| Paying | One payment in SOL or Robinhood ETH covers every chain: launch fees, network fees and any first buy |
| Stoa service fee | $5 per launch, shown in the quote before you pay |
| Quotes | Held for 2 minutes. Prices come from several sources that have to agree. |
| Creator fees | Go to your own wallet on each chain |
| First buys | Land in your wallet on each chain |
| If a chain fails | That chain's share of your payment is sent back to the wallet you paid from |
Stoa on Elysium
Opens Nov 9. Everything below switches on when the Elysium contracts go live.
Launching
Every coin has 1,000,000,000 tokens. All of them go straight into one pool paired with HYPE. There is no bonding curve: the coin trades everywhere from its first second. The pool is locked forever, so nobody can pull the liquidity and anyone can always sell.
| Supply | 1,000,000,000 tokens |
| Paired with | HYPE |
| Liquidity | Locked forever |
| Selling | Always possible, for everyone |
| Scheduled start | Pick a time up to 7 days ahead. Trading opens at that moment. |
| Dev buy | The creator can buy first, at the starting price, with normal fees. |
| Dev buy lock | The creator can lock their dev buy with a waiting period and a steady unlock. Anyone can see it. |
Fees
Fees are paid in HYPE on every buy and sell, wherever the trade happens.
| Platform fee | 1% of every trade |
| Creator fee | 0% to 10%, picked at launch. The creator can lower it later, never raise it. |
| Creator fee at 0% | The creator still gets 70% of the 1% platform fee |
| Creator fee above 0% | The creator keeps all of it; the platform keeps its 1% |
| Creator split | The creator can send part of their fee to buyback and burn, to more locked liquidity, or to holders, paid in HYPE |
| Most a trade can pay | 99%, anti-snipe fee included |
| Site fee | 0.5% extra on trades made on this site. Trading apps that go straight to the pool never pay it. |
| Callouts | When you trade through someone's callout link, 80% of the site fee goes to them and 20% to the platform, in the same trade |
Opening rules
Each creator picks how their coin opens.
| Anti-snipe fee | An extra fee on buys right after trading opens. Up to 90% at first, falling to 0 within 9.5 seconds at most. |
| Where it goes | Half buys back and burns that coin, half goes to the platform |
| Early limits | For the first moments: a max buy, a max wallet size, a max number of buys per wallet at once, and a cap on how much everyone can buy at once |
| Bundle score | Every coin shows how bundled its first buys look, from 0 to 100 |
AntiVamp
| How long | Off, or 1 day to 7 days, picked by the creator |
| Name and ticker | Nobody can launch the same or a lookalike name or ticker on Stoa |
| Image | Nobody can launch a copy of the image, even resized, recoloured, cropped, flipped or filtered |
| Pool lock | The coin trades only in its Stoa pool. Sending, receiving and trading apps keep working. When AntiVamp ends the coin has no limits at all. |
| Original mark | The first coin with a ticker is marked as the original forever. Copies launched elsewhere are flagged. |
Buybacks, liquidity and rewards
The parts of the creator fee set aside for buyback and burn, liquidity and holders are spent automatically. Anyone can trigger it and gets 0.3% of what is spent. Buybacks run in small steps, which makes them hard to trade against. Bought tokens are burned forever, and added liquidity is locked forever.
More
| Pay with SOL | Buy any coin from a Solana wallet with one signature |
| Launch on pump.fun too | The same name, ticker and image launch on pump.fun at the same moment, as a separate coin |
| Launch on Pons too | The same coin launches on Pons at the same moment, as a separate coin |
| Real objects | Creators can connect lights, robots, a phone or a stream overlay. Trades set them off, with safety limits and an emergency stop. |
What Stoa can and cannot do
| Can | Pause new launches, set the starting market cap for new coins, change where platform fees go, change the site fee on trades made here (0% to 0.5%), choose which key approves new launches, and choose which wallets may launch coins for others |
| Cannot | Touch your coins, your HYPE, creator fees or pool liquidity, or stop anyone from trading |
